seeking advice for scarring

i am a 32 yr old female, i had a tubal reversal performed in 2008. the scarring is not on the section that was operated on but closer to the fimbria is blocked. I am currently taking Silicea for the past 2 weeks, 3 tabs 3 x a day. was wondering if there was anything else i could take or is this is the right course, i had read to do this for 3 weeks.
