Extreme Dry Skin
Hello,My name is Ayisha, I'm from India, working as a Social Worker.
I have extremely dry skin. Some of the doctors have called it chicken skin- I have black black-head like bumps all over my leg, and dry skin. And on the top of my arms, back, waist and thighs, I have discoloured, peeling skin which also itches. My skin is rough to touch and looks very dull and dusty. My legs and toes usually look very dry and ugly. I have close to normal skin in summer, and it gets worse during winters and especially the Bangalore weather.My face also has large pores, and spots, and is very dull sometimes. I'm losing a large amount of hair and it's 1/4th of the amount of hair I used to have now. I have dandruff, though not acute.
I'm taking Adel 2 and Hydraststis(wel) for piles.

Please take Nitric Acid 200c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for only one day (not daily) and report back after 15 days.
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

**It is better to avoid food to which your symptoms respond in negative. The symptoms that you reported aggravate due to taking bringal, non-veg, some beans in the diet. Similarly patato causes constipation and leads to worsening of piles. If this is true for you, it is better to avoid such items.

My Dry Skin is getting worse :(. It's almost scaring the hell out of me. I'm in Delhi now and it has started peeling away. It is only on my trunk, my hands and face are pretty ok. My tummy, thighs and behinds are scary to even look at. I don't know what to do!!!! Please Help me, I'm besoming a socio-phobic now!!! It almost looks like a very bad skin disease.. but this is the first time, it has been like this!!

I have helped many patients who presented Dry Skin with Arnica 6c in the Wet dose taken twice daily internally and also applied directly on the affected skin as often as possible. You will use the water from the bottle which you will first pour out on to a plate and apply it directly on the skin. This accelerates the cure.
The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:
Order the remedy in a 5ml Ethanol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done every time before sipping a capful of the bottle is sipped as directed.
If Arnica is effective for your ailment you can expect your skin to show some signs of improvement in 3 days when you will please report your response.
