Low sperm count

Please someone help me. I ve a very low count of sperm in my semen. The count is 15 m/ml.
But fas motility is '0'%.
Slow motility is = '5'%
Sluggishly motile = '10'.
Non motile = '85'%.

Liquifaction is = more than 2 hours. Pls help somebody
