High Temper

Hello Doctor,
My wife has unusual problem that many times she lost her temper and be come aggressive many times, start hitting her head on wall etc. her age it 27.
Her family background is quite aggressive. Also she always took off the way meaning of any good things, like if we told her to do any good thing she has perception that we are telling her wrong thing to do. She is always very Sleepy, she is having sweat all the time.

She likes cold whether more than hot.

Ans:- That is very unpredictable it can be any thing, if some one tell her any suggestions, if she got to do some house work, if our kid some time troubles etc.
What parts sweat the most .
Ans:- Head and face
Does her head sweats suting sleep
Ans:- Yes
Any other problems or disease
Ans:- No, Anger is measure problem..

Please get Homeopathic Chamomilla 30c of reputed brand in liquid form .

Put 3 drops in 120 ml water and give one teaspoon , wait for 30 min , give second teaspoon , wait for 30 min , give third teaspoon .

No more medicine .

Report after 4 days .

Do not give Chamomilla in these 4 days .

I repeat dont give Chamomilla in these 4 days

Tarentula as suggested by Dr Jaiswal covers Anger but does not cover sweating .

I have done the remedy you have suggested. But we didn't see the effect yet, please let me know what should we do now.
