piles chronic

Dear Docttors,

I've have been suffering from chronic pilesfor the 20years, my age 70yrs.
using ascules hip,rathania AND acid nitric in 1m potencies and temporary relief and bleeding stoppingfor 10to15days.examined by a surgeon,told that there is inflamation.surgery .not nessary nopain.little bleeding
after constipation.hardstools please advise. no specific aggrevation observed in certain times/seasons.

using aurvedic medcines for gastritis.

some 30yrs ago, used ointment betnnovita to treat some kind of skin allergy while walking lot on sandy/wet soil.

prefer cold atmosphere,sweets. sound slep history, with snoring. dislikes hot atmosphere.

underwent hydrosil operation 15yrs ago. During last 7yrs been suffered thrice convulsions/fits/unconsciousness, diagnised as lack of blood circulation to brain. taking treatment and ecosprin gold 10mg,Telemistran,Rex 500 daily. no diabetric/hypertention.
