have pharmacist prepare--a solution of 1 drop sepia 30c in 1ooml medicial bottle in 20% alcohol base---start daily use--shake/thump bottle hard against book 8-10 times (do this every time before using from this bottle)---1 teaspoon of this in 4 oz water in drinking glass--stir heavy--take 1 teaspoon dose

keep close observation of changes--any new symptoms occur (never had before in health history) then cease using
