Lower back pain and Left Heel Pain

I have had lower back pain for last 3-4 months on and off. Last week it really got bad. If I stand for 3-4 hours then when i go to sit down it's like a tearing pain in my lower back. When I am walking it's not so bad.

I also have plantar fascitis (heel pain) for about two years. I wear orthotics in all my shoes and wear other sensible sandals like Birkenstock.

Please advise what I should take for back pain and heel pain.

Thanks in advance for all your help.

Thanks for getting back to me. I was reading this forum on Tuesday and bought Rhus Tox 30c that I am taking since Wed 3X/day. Should I continue that or switch to Hypericum and Spigellia?

Thanks Simone. I got your reply in another thread. Arnica 30C 3xday with Rhus Tox 30C seemed to be making a difference for couple of days. But I am back in pain and I haven't done any physical work or anything like that to aggravate it.

I would switch over to Dr. Mohla's prescription(akshaymohl) and report back in after the
7 days. It is a matter of finding the correct remedies.

I agree with you Simone

I have continued using Arnica in combination with the Arnicare gel and it seems to make a difference. i am not in back pain all the time like I was before. I notice if I stand for too long or sometimes it feels when I am walking something clicks on right lower back side and then it hurts. My x-ray didn't show anything, but the orthopedic surgeon thought i may have sprained something. ANything for that?

Thanks in advance for all your help.

I have used Arnica 30C for about 2-3 months on and off with Arnica gel applied to the area that hurts.
My Heel pain is all gone and I think it's because of Arnica. My back pain was better but it's not gone completely. I was also seeing a Chiropractor who did some adjustments to SI joint and that seemed to help.

Please advise what I can take for lower back pain. Should I continue with Arnica (how long?), What about Rhus Tox and Kali Carb? My back pain started due to an exercise I did while working out. It happened about 10 months ago so it's old injury.

Thanks so much for all your advice and guidance.

Since my heel pain is gone, should I still try Dr. Mohla's prescription? Is that for back pain as well?

I found Rhus-tox 30C most of the very useful remedy in lower back pains.

Thanks Abdul. DO I also need Arnica 30C or Kali Carb with that or just Rhus TOx? Thanks for all your help.

Do one remedy at a time so you
know what the effect is.

I agree, I would like to try one med at a time. I have already taken Arnica and it didn't help with lower back pain. If I were to try something else, should it be Rhus Tox or Kali Carb?

Thanks for all your help. I really appreciate it.

Back pain should not be ignored like this. It may be a pain but if you will only take pain killers for it, it will only suppress the pain. Why don't you see a good othopaedician and get yourself treated once and for all? Best resort for you would be to go for a robotic spine surgery in a good hospital like Nova Orthopaedic Hospital. The biggest advantage of robotic spine surgeries is that the doctors can plan your surgery very well before your surgery even starts.
