need help: sepia potency?I have recently, in a short period of time, remarried, relocated from NYC to a slow-paced Arizona town, and I am also pregnant (9 weeks).
I have a long history of chronic fatigue, serious mood issues in the form of mood swings (periods of deep depression, then irritability, strong fears, high anxiety, constant worry, very low stress resistance, strong doubts, painful emotional anguish), irregular and very painful menstruations, low immunity, high sensitivity to cold and especially damp weather, hormonal imbalance (high testosterone). Many of the symptoms lessened with past homeopathy (with certified homeopaths) and with acupuncture, but the depression, anxiety, and worry (seem inherited) never completely went away.
When I got pregnant, I first became violently short-tempered and then became very deeply depressed, which was simultaneous with severe nausea all day long, serious fatigue, and aversion to family members including my unborn baby and my cat.
I also have circular anxious thoughts, lots of worry, pessimistic outlook, lots of constipation, gastric disturbances (heartburn, poor digestion, pain in the stomach). I have always been a person drawn to strong exercise (classical ballet) and I generally need serious exercise every day for my physical and emotional well being.
I came out with Sepia as the remedy, especially due to the combination of strong aversion to family members, serious depression, nausea, fatigue, and constipation. I purchased Sepia 30C and so far took it twice in one week. The remedy does seem to help with nausea and fatigue and a bit with the depression. No improvement on the alienation/dislike of family and friends front!!
Do I need a different potency? If so, what potency and dosage do you recommend? Or do you suggest another remedy (though based on my experience, this remedy seems the right one or close).
Thank you so much.
