Delayed Menses

Hi,

This Holi, I gave Unwanted - 72, to my wife, since then nothing is fine, she never had her periods on time, and whichever she had it didn't last as it used to be, like her period used to last for 4-5 days, but after U-72, it do not last more that 3 days, and from last 2 months she didn't have her period.
We did the preg test, just to be sure, and as expected it was negative.
She is also suffering from pain in lower abdomen on her right side, it increases while intercourse, from last 2-3 weeks frequency of pain is increased.
We have a 1 year old baby.
Please advise the appropriate medication, its doses, precaustion and what should be avoided.

Thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give her Nux Vomica 200c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for only one day (not daily). If there is no relief after 3 days, please give her Sepia 200c in the same way and see how that affects her in the next 15 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
