typhoid fever
please suggest some med for my bro 40 yr suffers from szcizophrenia since last 15 years .he has contracted typhoid since last one month .his fever initiallly was diaganosed at 100 C but ewhich now has come down to not more than 99.4C.the fever occurs bewteen 10 in the morning and 9 in the evening and only intermiitingly.i have used feveral elixir of wheezal company but the fever is still persisistng.he has tested positive for typhidot test.he has no other symptoms of this fevre.his appetite is normal.he is being adminstered antibiotics by areputed doctorandy_65_in on 2010-10-16

please answer the following questions for more details.
1) what is the problem? Describe the location, duration, causation of this problem.
2) What are the sensations the patient is experiencing? Describe in detail
3) What are the factors that cause the problem to worsen or improve? E.g time, temp., climate, weather, food items, applications, movement, rest, emotional changes if any.
4) Talk about appetite, thirst, likes/dislikes, sleep, sweating, bowel movement, urine, energy in general?
5) Talk about tongue colour, any emotional changes after this problem, chills or any peculiar or any miscellaneous things associated with this problem.

dear maaheru his diet is normal.temp rises with exertion.comes on and off between 9 in morning and 10 at night.no other sypmtoms.all tests normal ie blood tests,urine,ultrasound,

Not enough information is there to zero in on a remedy.
If you still would like to have a try, i'd suggest rhus tox 200c 3 pills in 250 ml water. From this water bottle let him take 3 drops twice daily for a week. Except for the first dose, the bottle must be shaken vigorously for 7 times just before a dose is taken.
Any aggravation/discomfort is noticed, doses shall be stopped and reported appropriately.
Nothing should be taken 30 minutes before and after the remedy.
