Typhoid fever

My question is to dr Kadwa and all senior doctors
Sir my nephew was dignosed with typhoid (s typhi bacteria) he is taking antibiotics oral and iv both but he is still having fever(102*) after six hours..but other health issues improved...this is his forth week running with typhoid fever and treatment. Plz suggest and medicine

You may give him Alstonia Q <br>8drops+ 3spoons distilled water
3 times a day
If you want to continue alopathic treatment too.
