A question about Tissue cell salts

Hi, Since tissue salts are form of salt can they be given to hypertension (High BP) patients without any side effects, as hypertension patients are generally advised no salt or low salt for them.. so can they be given these medicines safely and frequently? In addition which tissue salt remedy works best for insomnia,cold & cough,anxiety and depression hypertension and restlessness and in what power dose?

Pls let me know if anyone has problems like BP, Hypothyroidism, over weight, Diabetis, would there be any problem taking Tissue salts? Do they affect the patient positively or create any other problems?

I feel Tissue salts shouldn't be given to BP patients since they are salts. Please clarify.

Please help me understanding this.
