GERD Grade 3 in 3 year old childMy baby girl 3 year old has been diagnosed with GERd grade 3 after a barium swallow test. She was prescribed Domstal for 1 month and lanazol Jr for 1 month when it became very severe with daily vomitting. She was better after a month. But now again after 2 months the symptoms have returned, she complains of heartburn/pain in the chest half hour after meals and especially while lying down in the night. She has a lot of belching/burping and sour taste regurgations in her mouth. She feels the food coming up her throat sometime after meals. I give her very small meals through the day. The poor child suffers a lot with pain due to this heartburn. Please help her. I have seen a lot of posts about GERd treated with nat Phos 6X. Please can you help with the correct dosage and duration of the medication for my child.
