Homeopathy for Parasites

Hello,
I have 2 children - 4 & 8 yrs old who both show signs of pinworms. The 4 yr old especially is constantly itching her bum & nose and wakes up screaming that her bottom itches. I have tried herbs and recently got so desperate that I even used an over the counter product - pin x or somethinglike that. These remedies have killed some of the worms cause I can see them in the stool - but the symptoms still persist and in fact I've seen stuff in the stools that were larger than pinworms - roundworms, maybe?

Anyway, I've tried sulphar, but it doesn't do much.

Anyone out there have ideas on what a good homeopathic approach might be for us?

How much cina for children? do you need their weight and how do you dose/for how long? thanks

Cina is indeed a good remedy for all sorts of worms in children, but like any remedy should only be given if symptoms match. I have to say though, in most cases I have encountered, they most frequently do.

The weight is irrelevant, as we are not applying the material substance, however I would start with a low potency, and gradually work up if there is improvement.

Start with Cina 30c three times on one day only, and if there is improvement, move up to a 200c, same dosage, approximately one week later, unless the symptoms return before this, when it should be given sooner.

Give Cina 30c alternately with Nux Vomica 30c two doses each with a gap of 3hrs between each dose.
Give this for consecutive three days without missing any dose.
This I have found to be very effective for removing worms
