I am not qualified in Gynecology but from my reading I believe that the Follicle you refer to is the cover over the egg that is released during ovulation.

If the conditions in both the Fallopian Tube and the Ovary are not right this follicle enlarges and a Chocolate Cyst results.

Dear Joe,

Yesterday I felt the pain in my lower abdomen indication a possible ovulation. Last month it did not happen and my period happened after 2 months. I am happy this time it happened although its 18th day. I am sure it will improve in months to come.

I am yet to start on Kali Brom 6c as the same is not avaiable and I have placed an order and I should get it by this Thur. The shop keeper told me he would get me German quality which is more expensive and good in quality if the Indian brand is not available. Rest, I am regularly taking Bellis P and Arnica.

Dear Joe,

Finally I got Kali brom 6c today. Hopefully with this remedy there would be help in my PCOD problem.
In the last 4 days I got new pimples and they are as usual quite painful. The gynae told me my acne is due to PCOD along with other problems I am facing.

Dear Joe,

My cycle is regular this time:) The remedies are working for me. The pimples are also drying out, but I cannot say still if more would come or not. With time, I can comment on that part as well. Because earlier also my pimples dried but then came again last month.
But I am happy that my periods are on time. Thanks for the same. Will update you in case I see any other progress.

Dear Joe,

The only area I am not aware of, is if my fallopian tube is open or not. The last time I met the gynae, she asked me to get the HSG test done. Its a painful procedure, so I am reluctant to get that done. Moreover, I want to avoid anything thats not natutral. In HSG they inject some dye and study the opening of fallopian tube. In case my tube is blocked will the remedies help?

I believe that it is too early to start any investigation on the patency of your Fallopian Tubes. I cannot guarantee that my therapy unblocked the Fallopian tubes but both patients had babies.

I do not think that Hysterosalpinggography is a painful procedure but I am only quoting some patients who have been through this procedure who informed me that it was not done under anesthesia.

In any event we can consider this procedure later if necessary as none of my patients had this procedure but they both had babies. Unfortunately one had a Ectopic pregnancy which had to be terminated surgically.

You must understand that you cannot rush your condition to normalize as it has to be taken step by step.
