whole body yeast infection?

hello
I am 27, have vaginal yeast infection: white, before my menstruation it starts to itch badly, I had it three years ago and now it is reocuring, my menstruation is not very constant, I didnt have any for four months when I made a big move to california, since it has been back last month I was itchy, and very tierd, I sleep 10 hours, I have constipation often for sometimes 3 days, my tongue is white and I am craving food a lot. I also have a 2 year old daughter and nurse her at night. how can I treat my fatigue and the infection?
