I have had this cyst on top of my right foot and it was getting bigger fast, I was getting worried even though it didn't hurt as much as it was uncomfortable in side my shoes. I was also getting too fat so i decided to go on diet, I went on a low carb diet with less than 10g carb / Day and within 10 days the cyst disappeared completely i was shocked at first didn't link the diet to the cyst. when I lost about 13 kg in about 2 months I stopped dieting slowly and the cyst started growing again slowly after 3 months the cyst was half the original size again, I decided to diet again now i am in my 8th day and the cyst is almost disappeared again . i think this is good evidence that somehow low carb diet helps reduce the liquid inside the cyst. try it and see for your self. :)

well since last post on this subject was in '07 will see if I get any feedback, My cyst is in the center of my ankle so can't see it but X-ray and MRI says it's their. Intermittent pain when I walk, never know when pain will hit, kind of hard to describe, unexpected lightening pain feels like i could go to the floor when it hits. I don't want surgery. I had a ganglion cyst on my wrist many years ago and my memory fails me but I thought I read in an herb book that fennel herb capsules would help, anyway what ever I took got rid of it in a week, does anyone else know if that would work? i decided to try it but what I read about it doesn't indicate that it will do such a thing.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.


day 3 to day 15
please take 2 pellets each of the following tissue salts thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours

I am finally hearing from a product vendor and I only can get the
Ruta 30c in pellets

calcarea fluorica 6x in tablets, (I believe this is pill form)

silicea 6x in tablets (I believe this is pill form)
What would the dosage be since I am not getting pellets in the 6x medicine?

Does the dosage change for the Ruta 30c in pellets?
When you refer to dosage in pellets do these come in a vial of many pellets that equal one dose? I ask this because I take something for flu season that is many pellets in a vial and one vial equals a dose.
I hope I have not completely confused you with my questions. Thank You for your help.

Product vender sent me Ruta Grav. 30x bottle it says take 4 times a day four tablets each time under tongue.
I am hoping 30c and 30x will not matter that much, let me know please.

X is a lower scale of potency and C is a higher one. So they are not at all equivalent. So you can follow the schedule given below for Ruta 30x.
