Ejaculation before intercorse

Hi is it possible Increasing serotonin levels with homeopathy? like it is in allopathy with 5-HTP or tryptophan supplements...

Thnx for your reply Dr. Kadwa,I'd like to know what is 'Vital force', is it herbal or allopathic? and how should i take it, because Doctor 1st i want something temporary that could help me control ejacultion, as i am recently married ofcorse i can't wait for taking a complete homeopathy corse, so while you suggest me somethng temporarily to control ejacultion, at the same time i will start a homeopathy corse after letting you know of all my syptoms etc..... but 1st plz suggest me any effective homeopathy remedy so i could control this mind driven ejacultion as i even ejaculate while i kiss her.....
I heard of Titanium-200 one dose 30 minutes before intercorse (one dose mean 3 drops of liquid form Titanim-200 in some water) is it the right option to go with? because m so concerned about the side effects etc..
I'll be desperately waiting for your reply any medicine you will suggest me, i'll really appreciate your help.

I'm fine, How are you doing? and thank you so much for the information which you both provided me regerding vital force.

As you mentioned about all my detail and symptoms so all the detail about my general health and sympotms are mentioned below. I appologise for late reply I am about 3 days late in sending this post because i took these 3 days to note my symptoms very carefully, and closely so that i could give you the most accurate information.

Well apart of symptoms, medically my problem is premature ejaculation.
Because of overmasturbation started early in life abundance of dihdyrotestosterone (DHT) traps in the prostate tissue which overheated my prostate gland.
The deficiency of serotonin, melatonin in the brain, deficiency of all the neuro-transmetters like acetylcholine,dopamine,including serotonin.
And damaged/ irritated urethra, and weak ejaculatory duct in prostate gland (the nerve which releases and controls the semen).


General information and my problem's symptoms are writen below:


Age 25

Sex male

Skin comlexion fair (white)

weight b/w 57 to 60 kg. I am little under weight

height 5 feet 9 inches

live in pakistan, karachi, also lived in Italy Rome, and Cape Town South Africa.

My skin is soft, my hands are very soft, skin has little yellowish color rather than pink, or red.

In winter my hands and feet are always very cold.

I have Acne problem. (But its not my concerned right now, I am just informing)

My skin is oily.


When i spend a longer time in the sun and my body gets over heated but if at the same time if i am getting frustrated or unhappy, angry and body gets overheated then i feel itching all over my body so much itching from head to feet all over my body and then i go in the shadow then after sometime the itching will go away, no matter how much i scratch it won't go away. itching will take its time then it will leave. It doesn't always happen but it happens. And Sometimes itching will only be on the back, arms and head.


When i feel lethargic and tired then usually i feel it from the afternoon like 3 or 4 pm to the evening.


Mentally i am usually in hurry, for example when i need answers, when i am eating etc.


My hairs are becoming gray, and they are falling, and also getting thin.



I think a lot, am so thoughful so imaginative, and sometimes i waist my time in thinking of absolutely unnecessary things, and sometimes i am so consious about things of little importance.

I take so long in taking decision.


When things are not going well I get irritated and angry so quickly, but also this anger goes away quickly.

I am so impatient.

I am not a public speaker.

I am very ambitious, like i have desire of power fame etc...

I feel little hesitant in initiate the conversation with a stranger.

Sometimes I have desire of a company when i am alone, not necessarily a company of friends, it could be any social gathering, while i am alone sometime i have this desire i notice it.

I always want changes, i mean change in everything what having it for a while, i also change of places, i like to and want to travel a lot.

I easily give away my heart to opposite sex, when i meet someone (opposite sex) i have feelings of sympathy and respect for her in my heart.


I am so sensitive for what i hear about myself. And i am so sensitive for what others think about me.

My reputation means a lot to me.

And I am so sensitive for what ever that i hear in news specially when i hear those terrible crime news etc..


I take time in getting adjusted with new people in new places.

i am so sensitive of my surroundings.

I take time in making friends, i don't make friends easily.

I always feel sympathy towards poors and weak people who are helpless.

I want perfection in everything.

I always know what's going on around me.

I judge people to perfection.

I read people's body language and face expression very accurately.

Either i am not confidant, or i am so confidant. It depends on the moment. But basically i don't consider myself as a confidant individual.

I am little shy.


I hate pollution, allergic to dust and cigratte's smoke, i hate smelling any unpleasant smell.

I am sensitive to sharp smells.


I don't specailly feel any desire for salty food but i sometime have desire for spicy food. And i dont really feel desire for sweet. But Desire of eating chocolate is always there.

Desires, likes and dislikes for food: I dont like onion, i like ice cream chocolate pizza, chips etc... other than this it's just normal I can alomst eat all the food, except few vegetables.

My thirst is normal.

No Blood pressure problem.

Desire of sex is alwyas there.



LIST OF COMPLAINTS IS WRITTEN BELOW:


Premature ejaculation, even before starting intercorse.

GENITALS:

ITCHING in urethra, just occasionally like once in a week similarly Sometimes pain and/or stitching sharp and sudden, un-ignoreable but not un-bearable, but it also happens occasionally not regurlay, for example it happens after sexual excesses otherwise it does not happen very often. But it can come on suddenly any time for a short while then it will leave. Mostly i notice it after evening, in the nights, specially after urination and or after sexual activity (or after sexual excesses).

I feel PAIN in urethra in different parts at different times, sometime in the opening of penis, sometime in the mid section and sometime in the part of urethra where the base of the penis is joined to scrotum. This pain has different types, like sharp Stitching, just pain, itching, and just irritation. when there's no pain in urethra then many days will pass without pain but when it happens then it comes on every other day, mostly nights.
And those days when i am having pain in urethra it will happen during errections as well.
And only those days when i am having pain i feel the pain and burning in urethra during urination. And the days when i am not having pain in urethra i won't feel pain and burning in urethra during urination also, and no pain during errections as well. (I hope you are understanding my point)


While i am aroused i feel inflamation in entire penis and surrounding region, but not always. (Like now a days its happening, but it does not always happen).



URINATION:

I feel so much inflamation and burning genitals specially in glans (the penis head) while urinating,
When there's urge of urination or just before starting the urination i feel so much burning in penis Glans there is so much inflamation in Glans, but when urination has begun i feel much relieve but still there is inflamation and burning in penis specially in glans. And sometimes i feel pain and burning in urethra during urination but not always (as i mentioned above that those days when i feel pain in urethra, only in those days i feel pain and burning in urethra during urination otherwise don't feel it in urethra when urinating).

While i'm finishing the urination a wave of heat travel from glans in the entire penis and it ends in the the prostate glands and i can feel this little inflamation (heat) in the prostate region. (a wave of heat which travels from Glans to the prostate gland)

All in all this burning and inflamation is at its worst while finishing the urination.

And during stool while finishing the stool, in order to clean the urethra if i push or strain to get last few drops of urine out, when i do that and while those last drops are coming out i will be violent and terrible burning in (penis head) Glans . (It don't always happen beacuse i don't always push, but if i do it will happen everytime)

Here I'd like to inform that the first urination in the morning is much better, the inflamation burning and the pain is much much less than other times of the day when i urinate.

More about urination is that, Urine is burning, it feels hot. As if urine is hot.



And after urinating there's dribbling of drops, not the prostatic fluid like semen but only urine drops.
Few drops are still leaking always. After 15 to 20 minutes it wil be okay.


Since last week i am feeling all these symptoms at there worst, and now a days i am also having these complaints in urethra mostly noticing it in the nights specially during or after sexual arousals and/or after urination (BUT NOT EVERYTIME)

The color of urine is normal, i mean when i drink enough water the urine color is also much clear, when not drinking enogh water then color will also be little dark.
The urine color is just normal.


Prostatic fluid (precome) etc does not come out without sexual arousals or erotic thoughts.


Neither i have to push to start urination nor i've to wait to start the urination.


I don't have the problem of frequent urination, also I don't have the problem waking up in night for urination again and again.


But once there's urge to urinate and i make up my mind that i am going for urination then it becomes so difficult to control it, but if i make up my mind that not now, and i sit or lie down then i can control it for few hours easily.


PROSTATE GLAND:

I don't feel any pain etc in the prostate region just feel a little a bit discomfort in the prostate gland region which is easily ignoreable (very minor irritation) but it is so rare like may be once in a month. But while i urinate, at the end of urination there's little inflamation in the prostate region (as i mentioned above).


ERRECTIONS:

Errections are not firm, i am absolutely not impotent but errection are not 100 percent, its kind of incompelete. A little soft you know....

When the penis is fully errect i can clearly see that the opening of penis is wide open more open than normal, i can even see inside that it is so red like there's wound in there or something etc..., and it is so sensitive to touch i mean its painful to touch it. (May be its the damagedurethra, i don't knwo about this)


OTHER SYMPTOMS:

I have weakness i mean the symptoms from masturbation

Also I've most of the mental symptoms from sexual excesses.

When i sit with or talk to girls lot precome comes out.


SINCE HOW LONG I AM SUFFERING FROM EACH COMPLAINT:
I am sufferinf from all the above mentioned complaint since atleast 5 years or may be even more but because I don't remembef before last 5 years so i am mentioning atleast 5 years.

STOOL: Usually stool has a dark color.



OTHER MEDICINES WHICH I AM USING:

I am using sabal serulata mother tincture (25 drops in the morning and evening) since last 40 days with absolutely zero improvements, and now i am going to stop using it.

I am using multivitamin which contains lot of zinc 24 mg, and vitamin B, and some other vitamins, and i am using it since almost 2 months because of which i don't feel any physical weakness now a days because i also have reduced my ejaculation frequency since last 2 months. Before this i occasionally used to feel tired, lethargic, weakness specially in the evenings or used to feel weakness after ejaculation.

It is hard to trust people on the forums, but Dr.Kadwa and Mr.Nawaz i read many of your's posts on this web site, and i liked your kindness, sense of humpour and i found you the best and some one whome i can trust with all the confidance, and I gave you all my detail.

After you figure out the tailormade remedy for me If you like to, you can also consult any other homeopathy doctor and show him my these detailed symptoms before taking the final decission that which remedy should be given to wasiq, becasue i don't know any good homeopathy doctor around me, i just want to be healed, i hope you can undersatnd me.


As I'd like to tell you that i will never ever visit any doctor or homeopathist for my Problems because i am so shy to meet someone face to face and telling him all this problem. Two thing which i want to confirm are:

1. 'Should I take only 3 doses of sulphur 200, one dose in the morning then one in the evening and then last dose next day morning, and then i should wait for next 15 days'?

2. 'I am taking these three doses of sulphur 200 and then waiting for next 15 days for clearing the effects of previous homeopathic medicines from my body so that after 15 days I could start a new remedy which you will suggest me'?

'As you know i mentioned in my detail that i am also using a multivitamin, 1 tablet after dinner everyday which contain zinc, vitamin B6,B1,B2,Niacinamide,B12, and Vitamin C,E, Folic acid, Biotin, Calcium and copper etc..'

THE UPDATE...

Hello Dr.kadwa, today is the 15th day and the update is that after taking 3 doses of sulphur 200 there's absolutely no improvements in my condition. And one thing I want to add that I felt pain in the prostate for the 1st time in my life 3rd and 4th day after taking sulphur but after this it never happend, ofcorse it can't be because of sulphur but i have to inform you that I felt this pain for 2 days at different times specailly it used to come with the urge of urination. However after those 2 or 3 days it never happend again. But Doctor my condition is just the same, as i mentioned you in the detail which i sent you after filling the questionnaire.
In addition somtimes pain in urethra really irritates me.
And also as I mentioned earlier that while urinating penis glans burns.....etc..you can read my detail in case if you forgot about my condition so that you could suggest me the tailormade remedy for my problem.

My condition has made my life miserbale Dr.Kadwa and I am desperately waiting for your reply.

Note: The pain in the prostate was not that much but it was not ignorable, and during sexual arousals it was kind of sweet pain like erotic.. and I also want to add that these 15 days I did not ejaculate etc... so that I could see the sulphur's response.

UPDATE....

Dr.Kadwa I think Nux vomica is working for me, i took my first of 3 doses on the 21st Feb and since this time I had sex/ejaculation twice but yet i felt improvement even though I ejaculated. Today is the 9th day and i noticed that burning in the penis head during urination has decreased, but its a very gradual decrease in the burning, so I can't tell for sure.... that's why I feel that we should give nux vomica another go....

So I would like to know that when should I take the next dose of nux vomica, and what potency?

Ok thank you Dr.Kadwa, so as you mentioned that 'take another dose of Nux Vomica 200' so my 3 questions are:

1. should I take only one dose of nux vomica 200 or I should take 3 doses as I took earlier, like 1 dose in the morning and 1 dose in the night and then 1 dose the next day morning?

2. How long should I be using nux vomica, like for example after about every 15 days one dose of nux vomica 200? will this be my pattern now? if yes then for how long?

3. I can't use the remedy like you use to suggest other patients like 3 doses everyday for few days etc? I will only be using 200 poency dose after every 15 days that's it?
