Ok thank you Dr.Kadwa, so as you mentioned that 'take another dose of Nux Vomica 200' so my 3 questions are:
1. should I take only one dose of nux vomica 200 or I should take 3 doses as I took earlier, like 1 dose in the morning and 1 dose in the night and then 1 dose the next day morning?
2. How long should I be using nux vomica, like for example after about every 15 days one dose of nux vomica 200? will this be my pattern now? if yes then for how long?
3. I can't use the remedy like you use to suggest other patients like 3 doses everyday for few days etc? I will only be using 200 poency dose after every 15 days that's it?

A. There is no fixed pattern. You should take the remedy if you are worse. It is better to have a gap of 15 days between two doses. If you are doing well under the influence of earlier dose there is no need to take another doses just because 15 days have passed.

Thank you so much Dr.Kadwa, i appreciate the way you answered to my all questions in an order.
Dr.Kadwa today is the 12th day since I took my 3 doses of nux vomica, and as I told you earlier that nux vomica rally worked for me but I think because I had excess of sexualy activiy in those days, which is of course a mistake... i know! But becasue of this the burning in the penis head while urination is back since last 2 days, and it is as much burning as I ever had before in addition to this sometimes after urination I feel little burnes + pain in the opening of the penis.
I need your advice Doctor, that in the given condition how should I approach my medicine?

Please take three doses of Nux Vomica 200c as earlier and see how it goes.
i am in agreement with the opinion of a german homeopath (who participates at other forums with id 'scarface') that sexual indulgence antidotes homeo remedies. Otherwise also excess of anything is bad.

Thanks Dr.Kadwa, and Yea obviously the excess of sexual activity can never help my cause. I agree with your statement but at the same time I would like to know that in order to get cure, how should I manage my sex life? Should I completely stop having sex for as long as I am on homeo medicine? Because right now the results are clear that I took nux vomica it helped me but I had sex more than once during this time and all good effects of nux vomica disappeared!
I will appreciate your suggestions on this and yes I will take 3 doses of nux vomica and comeback to you with my improvements. Thanks for your time Dr.Kadwa.

Please take a single dose of Sulphur 200 and see how that affects in next 15 days. If there is no change in 15 days please take a single dose of Nux Vomica 1M and report back after another 15 days.

Dr.Kadwa I just read your message, you replied me after exactly a month? well in the mean time I was using Nux vomica 200, but unfortunately I was active in sex too and there's no improvement in my condition, (it's not that easy to stay away from this when you're newly married, I guess, however from last week I have decided to stay away from sex for next 3 months if I really want to be healed).
Now back to my condition, well Dr.Kadwa I'd like to know, what am I given the sulphur 200 for? because before Nux Vomica I used Sulphur 200 with your suggestion and it did not work, so i'd like to know that I am advised one dose of Sulphur 200 for clearing the previous effects of Nux vomica 200 so that Nux vomica 1M could work in my body?

Hello Dr.Kadwa, I took the dose of Sulphur 200 almost after 20 days ago as you suggested. And there's is no change in my condition.
You suggested that after Sulphur if there's no improvement then I should take one dose of Nux Vomica 1M.
I'd like to know that, should I take this 1 dose of Nux Vomica 1M, and what is one dose of Nux Vomica 1M in liquid/powder/pills form? and when should I take it, before meal or after meal?

I am not sure if I am suppose to leave the homeopathy course or what... its about over 2 month with absolutely no improvement in my condition.
When there's no doupt that homeopathic medicine has a cure for problems like mine then I just can't understand why homeopathy is proving ineffective for me?
Well Dr.Kadwa, with all due respect, if you can't handle my case, could you please kindly suggest me any other doctor on this forum, who is eligible to handle my case successfully and with care.
As I have already mentioned that physically I won't visit any doctor for sexual problems, and here on this forum I need full time consultancy with someone who is willing to help me all the way until I am healed. I have already mentioned that I am recently married and I must heal as quickly as possible.
