I need direction

I am a 64 year old overweight woman who has been taking medications for arthritis, fibromyalgia, hypothyroidism and allergies. I recently decided that the diclofenac I was taking was causing my bp to go up so stopped taking it and the bp resolved. I was also taking ambien for sleep and allergy meds which I have also discontinued. I have been taking Rhus T and Causticum for the fibro/arthritis pains with some success and coffea or chamomille for sleep. I am still not sleeping well due in some part to pain in my hips. I am generally easy going and good natured with occassional bouts of irritability and tearfulness. Is there any help anyone can give as to what I might add to my regime. I also take a number of vitamins and my doctor recently diagnosed me with high cholesterol and prediabetic. Thank you.

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst? Describe the sensation in your own words. At my worst, I ache all over and can't move and cry and groan.

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease? Most of this started 10 years ago with a bout of influenza which was preceeded by allergic condition following immediately upon moving into our present home.

6. Which time of the day you are worst? Early evening about 4pm to 7pm

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same? Example- time, temperature, pressure, rubbing, washing, eating, tight clothing etc.My condition is aggravated by damp cool temperatues and storminess outside. Heat makes it feel better including heating pad and hot bath. Eating also makes it better at times.

8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)? It HAS gotten worse as I have gone through menopause and included migraines for a while and HBP which have resolved themselves since I started regular chiropractic care and massages.
