Muscle Jerking During Sleep

Hi gang,

Very difficult to pinpoint what I need. Recently, I've developed muscle twitching, basicly all over.

It's most noticeable and bothersome at night, as it will wake me up or prevent me from falling asleep because the kicks are sometimes hard and they rock.

Upon trying to fall asleep, for example, the left foot will raise by itself, then for another example, It might give a shock or kick from my neck, then Ill get one in the other foot, then the arm will raise. Etc

Even gets me in the shoulder and the abdomnen on it's path.

Some kicks are soft, others make alot of noise and movement.

Please somebody offer any info on this for me, it's extremely distressing.

It seems to just pick a spot on my body to jerk, and then moves somewhere else, and it's extremly difficult to fall asleep, I havent slept in a couple of days

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Take Cocculus 30 - 1 dose and 2 hours later take Nux Vomica 30 - 1 dose. Only 1 dose of each to be taken in a day. Repeat the same dosage, every day for 3 days and write back.

To promote sleep, you can take ARNICA 30, in wet dose, before going to sleep (Joepathy).

Please see my Profile for general instructions and instructions for preparing wet dose.
