Filaria

Dear Dr. My mum is 60 yrs old and for the last 1 yr had some dswelling in her hand - she finally went to the dr and he told her she has lymphatic filaria. she is now beginning to get redness in her hand amd pain in her hand and breast.

Pls advice as to what we should do - she has spondalitis as well. Pls i will appreciate your help
