depression/anxiety/brain fog

i did a saliva test for my adrenals and it showed iam in the early stage of adrenal fatigue.i have BAD anxiety,depression and brain fog.i have read that ashwagandha can help relieve a lot of those symptoms.what else can i use to treat it while taking ashwagandha?thanks

thanks for the reply.can anyone recommend a Ashwagandha product i can start on?i see a lot of different brands,but iam not really sure which one is the best.

i was looking into getting nux vomica 6x as i read it helps a lot with brain fog/depression.anyone else have good reviews on it?

some of my history is that i have had depression and anxiety for awhile.hypothyroidism runs in my family and i have been tested for it.it came back negative as well.

i believe i may have a thyroid issue and will have it tested through a different lab when i get the money.is there another herb that can support thyroid function?thanks
