Weight gain, acne, anxiety, brain fog, depression

Can someone please help me? I don't know which remedy is right for me. The more I look up my symptoms the more confused I get.

I am 32 and suffered from acne and flatulence issues since I was 11. I was raised by narcissistic parents which left me with PTSD and severe anxiety problems. In the last two years I've gained 20 pounds. I went from 135 to 155. After I had a baby at 27, I gained 70 pounds (I vomited and binge ate the whole time I was pregnant and got preeclampsia at the end) which put me at 200 pounds but I quickly lost it all after he was born, only to gain 20 pounds back and nothing I try to lose it works now. I've had problems with my weight my whole life but was able to reasonably maintain a healthy size by quick starvation diets which I don't have the willpower for anymore or when I do my body doesn't respond quick enough for me to keep the willpower to continue with it. I want to binge eat the entire world sometimes.

I always feel sick inside like I'm in fear that I'm insane. Around noon I develop a migraine headache almost everyday. My brain gets foggy, I have nausea and sometimes vomitting and I get incredibly fatigued. I end up taking IBProfin almost everyday. I have horrible pain the first day of my period and on my peak ovulation day. I can't get more than a few hours of sleep a nights I feel so exhausted and horrible that I think I will probably die soon. That thought it always in my mind, which would be a relief. I am so introvert and afraid of people because of past abusive relationships that I have no friends at all. Also, I am afraid of people being able to tell how sick I feel and how dark my thoughts are so I can't look people in the eye when talking to them. I can't keep a steady job from my anxiety problems. I like to stay home and read about spirituality or make art. Can anyone help? Thank you.
