Please see my response.
1. Please tell us about your pain, if any? How much is the pain and where?
It hurts when I sit on hard surfaces like floor, wood chair etc. Little pain around fistula and anus throughout the day. Pain gets worst with physical activities. It hurts when I sneeze or cough. I feel slightly better after taking Calc Sulph 12X for 3 days.
2. Is there any pus coming from anywhere in your body and it's color, quantity and thickness? The color may be yellow, light yellow, brown, dark brown, greenish, white and watery.
Light yellow, watery, 2 to 3 drops. I feel color is getting lighter after taking Calc Sulph 12X for 3 days.
3. What is the color of your discharges, if any?
Light yellow
4. How about the blood discharges, if any? Please describe the color of blood and its thickness?
Slight bright red thin blood on tissue paper and underwear. I feel blood discharge has decreased a little after taking Calc Sulph 12X for 3 days.
5. Please tell me about your constipation?
I have been taking Metamucil/ psyllium husk so there is no constipation. Can I take a homeopathic medicine for this? I have alumina and other medicines that you recommended. Out of those medicines can I take something?
6. How about the itching and burning in detail, if any?
little burning throughout the day. Occasional itching on and off around anal and fistula area.
7. How is your energy level and state of mind other than the one you already described?
I am living routine life. I am active. This pain makes me more tired than normal.
8. Any other issues right now and in the past other than the one you have already described?
None
9. What are you taking at the moment (homoeopathic and allopathic) on daily basis?
Calc Sulph 12X, 4 pills nicely dissolved in 2 sips of spring water, 3 times a day since last 3 days. is spring water ok? or Mineral water?

Thanks for the detailed report.
Please continue taking Calc Sulph 12X, 4 pills nicely dissolved in 2 sips of spring or mineral water, 3 times a day until the pus color becomes white/watery.
Please do not take any other remedy or Metamucil/ psyllium husk unless there is a desperate need. Alumina is good for bloating and constipation, but, calc sulph will handle better as following.

Thanks for prompt response.
I think pus color will become white/watery in few days. I am continuing Calc Sulph 12X. I have stopped Metamucil.
Is it ok to take Calc Sulph 12X 4 times a day? This can help replace the need of Metamucil and help me with complete bowel movement.

Yes, you may take 4 times if you feel the need? But, for each repeat, please stir the remedy a little more each time in 1/4 cup of mineral water using a spoon.
Very important, to give details of your pus, its color, pain, bleeding, constipation, itching and burning, if any?

It has been a while so I am posting my symptoms.
I have been taking Calc Sulph 12X for last 12 days. Please see my before and after response. Overall I feel improvement thanks to you.

Please take Thuja 200C, 4 drops/pills nicely dissolved in 2 sips of spring or mineral water, one dose before you go to sleep tonight and another one in the morning at least 45 minutes after breakfast, only 2 doses please.
You must not take any other remedy. Report progress in 2 days.

It varies from patient to patient as each patient is unique. But, it should not take more than one month.
It seems that you will be needing Sulphur 200C too.

It seems you did not read my previous post. You must have taken Thuja 200C by now in a timely manner.
Myristica 30 will not work in your case.

I am going to take thuja tonight. Because yesterday I took calc sulph before I saw your response. So I havent taken calc sulph today and will not take it tomorrow and will take thuja according to your instructions.
Regarding Myristica Sebifera, I was just trying to inform you on what I got. I am following your instructions thoroughly on the dosage and medicines that I take.

Thuja also covers your constipation issues. Please wait a couple of days. We do not need Calc Sulph right now. Please be patient as Thuja is a deep acting remedy and works up to 60 days.

Ok. I will wait please let me know when you want to start next step. For my knowledge, Calc sulph helps with pus. What does thuja do?
I have noticed every medicine bottle has something written on it. Like calc sulph has boils on it. And thuja has warts.

I clicked on the link and read lot of useful information. It talks about lot of different heath issues. Can you kindly tell me in my case what is the role of thuja? For example calc sulph helps with pus. I know in general all these medicines help with fistula but I am pretty sure each has different role in different stages of fistula. Is thuja for pus or infection or rebuilding tissues or closing the tunnel or healing wounds?
