There is some ambiguity in the statement. :)

'Can you just give me more on what new situations feel like to you, what happens when you are faced with them or try them. That part I am still having trouble understanding. '
oh that I forgot, well say for example driving.. I want to learn driving but i feel that if i drive I might lose control and will cause an accident.

Not ALWAYS , but yeah mostly.
I m afraid of failure. hence i dont even try. and also i lack will power.
by 'losing control' i meant like panicking or paranoid.

Just give me the experience of 'losing control'.
Panicking and paranoid are quite different words - describe those too.

I tried driving (2 wheeler) around my house i m afraid to accelerate , when was taking turn i lost my balance and fell down.
Also, I have seen accidents here. and I m scared of accidents . of course everyone is. but no one stops driving because of that. I dont want any accident to happen to me.

Ok so it is a fear of losing control of your physical actions? Are you afraid of having an accident because you feel you will lose control of your body?
How does this relate to other new situations - is that the same fear for say jobs, inerviews or other new things? Are new situations fearful because you cannot rely on your body to do what it is meant to?
What is the issue with your looks?
Describe being 'bossed'.
Describe 'restrictions'.

Yeah well I am afraid of losing control and falling down and also about the people who drive really fast.. because of them i might die.
No, My interviews go pretty well. But i am afraid to commit to a particular job. I have worked once for about 45-50 days and then I got bored.
I eventually get bored of most of the things.
I hate Restrictions in the sense that someone giving me timelines and bossing like 'dont leave the office without finishing this'. making me work too much. work pressure is something i cannot deal with at all! 'do this do that this wrong dont do this do it right' I just hate it.
My main concern about my looks is my skin. I dont quite like it. its uneven, acne prone & pigmented.

about jobs .. i dont want to do a monotonous jobs. I want the liberty to be creative and doing things my way. hence i hate all those typical desk jobs where your boss or trainer teaches you how to do a particular task.
that is why i plan to be artist.

In my mind, Lachesis is worth a try again before moving to anything else, in a proper dosing though. The way you took it is very likely to fail.
Let us wait for what David suggests though.

Sameer he has tried Lachesis already, although if you are certain perhaps a different potency could be tried.
I am not confident at this stage so I am willing to go with your suggestion if you are.

Hi David,
She has taken Hepar and Lachesis mixed in 30c for a week (dry), and then again tried Lachesis 30c in water later on.
My thinking was once so many doses of one potency of Lachesis had been taken dry (along with an anti-dote to it, Hepar !!), the dose that was taken later in water was bound to fail.
I am not saying, I am 100% certain, but 1 dose of 200c would tell us if Lachesis is going to make progress. There are some very strong indications of it present (sense of duality, jealousy, intuitive awareness about people's intentions, paranoia, dislike for authority and restrictions, heightened creativity with poor execution..., wounds that don't heal..etc).
What do you think ?

I also think that I have a some schizophrenic traits. so at first i was thinking of anaarcadium but the symptoms were not THAT similar later i read about lachesis and i think that it could help if taken in proper potency.
Also, sulphur and lycopodium also match my symptoms.
so one of them could be my second similimum I think. I leave it to you two to decide.
Thanks.

There is only one simillimum - there may be multiple similar remedies though. Similarity is really a sliding scale.
Actually, on looking over the case, I am wondering if Nux-vom doesn't fit that bill.

Hello Sameer and David,
So what should I purchase? Lachesis 200 or Nux Vomica?
Anyways I want you to know one change that I noticed in my menstruals this month. apart from the abdomen , the muscles of my thighs are feeling sore. The abdomen has stopped paining (it only pains on the first day) but its the 4th day and my hips and thighs are still feeling sore. Bleeding is the usual scanty. I m feeling really really weak too
esp my hands and legs.
A few more things that might help you guys decide
- my hands are really really thin esp the part below my elbows.
- small feet are thin too.
-knees are dark.
- I always face a problem in decision making. My thoughts are never clear. I keep changing my mind.
- I m really lazy.

Yeah none of those things are helpful for me - they are all very broad symptoms or not specific to remedies.
My suggestion of Nux-vom is just that, a suggestion. No remedy jumps out at me here.

Also i think in the last 2-3 weeks I also have been noticing a goosebump like texture on the left side of my neck. and from the bump i see small white hair like bristles which i am sure are not hair. maybe that was the late reaction/aggravation to the lachesis 30 that i took a month ago.

My advice would be a single dose of Lachesis 200c, just 1 dose in water.
1 pellet in 250 ml spring water, stirred and a teaspoon taken from there and then wait for a week.

Ok. I have been taking silicea 3x since a week. is it ok if i quit it today and take lachesis 200c tomorrow?

Give a gap of 2 days before taking Lach.
