Urine Retention

My name is Niharika and I am a 22 years old female.
I am suffering from 3 irritating diseases out of which one is really making me restless.
Ibs, Pcos and Urine Retention.
For now, my IBS is under control because I have made lifestyle changes is the past. As for PCOS, I recently started Oomphorinum 1m weekly.
However, my problem today is my urine retention.
I recently got myself tested for it and the ultrasound reports showed that after passing the urine I still had a lot of it left in my bladder. This has been bothering me. I don't get the satisfaction after passing urine and have to drink considerable amounts of water before feeling like passing urine. I get up in the night atleast two times to urinate scantily. Can anyone help?

My height is 5'7 and I weigh 60 kgs. I also hate cold weather.
Please please help me.

Please take Apis 30c in the morning and evening for 7 days and see how that affects.
If Apis doesn't help, please take Arsenicum Album 30c in the same way for another week.

Hello.
I would like to consult you about some other problems regarding the same issue again.
Whenever I am urinating, I feel as if I'd pass some stool too. However, I end up passing nothing. Added, I have to apply some pressure to my abdomen to empty my bladder. Should I increase my water intake or not? I take about 1.5 litres of water a day. Please help. And before Apis I was taking Opium 200. Should I stop that?
