Boils

Hi, I have 2 boils on my vaginal area and its very painful too.
I noticed it today morning and presently it is in the size of a pin head with whitish tip. I had similar boils quite a few times earlier and after taking homeo pills it healed but I don't know the name of the medicine I've used earlier.
please suggest some medicine that will bring immediate relief.
