Internal Back Scar Tissue

We have a son that was born with spina bifida. As a result, he had back surgery the day he was born to close up his back. The Drs. now believe he has so much scar tissue that his spinal cord is tethered.
What would you suggest for homeopathic remedies for any or all of these issues?
