Gum abscess following root canal

Hi
I had the first part of a root canal treatment 3 weeks ago and recently developed a toothache in the same tooth. The pain has now subsided but there is an abscess that has developed on the outer gum in my mouth that is very sensitive although fairly soft.
Please could someone recommend something?
I am female, 34, have always been slim/slightly underweight.
I have not had my wisdom teeth out yet and they are impacted.
I take sepia during my monthly cycle and have been taking silica for 2 days.

Thanks for any help/suggestions.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You didn't specify the potency of silicea.
If that doesn't help please take Hekla Lava 6c in the morning and evening for few days and see how it affects.

The silica is from Europe and says it's D6.
I've been taking two a day for two days.
Thanks for the reply.
