Pilonidal cyst - No Surgery

I am a 47 year old female. I discovered (by touch) a small hole below my tail bone about 6 months ago. During my yearly exam I asked my OBGYN what it was and she told me it was a Pilonidal cyst.

I do not want to have surgery because from what Ive read seems like surgery is either only a temporary fix or even aggravates the situation.

It sometimes bleeds when wiping and I do notice that it gets irritated near and during my menstrual cycle.

As I am unable to see in that spot I only know that it feels like a small divet in my body.

I have received my myristica 30 today.

1. How many do I take in the morning and at night?

2. Is there a particular way I should take them?

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 1 drop in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
