Hehe! Indeed, the physical symptoms have arrived with guns blazing. These symptoms didn't arise in the last week or two. I have just woken up with yesterday's migraine and the same symptoms. I recall this happening to me late last year when I took silica 30c. The migraine went on for days and nothing could get rid of it. I have previously suffered with migraines in general and gelsemium would normally get rid of it when all the drugs on the planet couldn't. I guess we'll wait and see where I go from here. It's very unpleasant but at least we know that it's working somehow.

It is often the case that repeating doses does something different each time. This is actually a good sign, as it shows that you are not just getting a reaction to the remedy, but you are going through a process of changes, a 'de-evolution' of your disease back towards health.
I often find that when particular symptoms aggravate, those symptoms improve. It may take several doses (or potencies) to get all the symptoms to aggravate this way and then resolve. It may be that your body is choosing to do this in stages, to make it bearable for you (and safe).

Just an update for me...the migraine has gone but I still have a slight pain in my head (it feels like a pressing, almost bruising pain, about a 3 out of 10). I am still waking up feeling very tired, and waking up throughout the night. Still have photosensitivity. My nose is unbelievably blocked and I have had to use nasal sprays to try and breathe somewhat normally. My wrist has been sore here and there but the cyst has not risen any further. The clicking noise in the wrist is still there.

Hmmm....this seems a mixed bag of results, although the aggravation appears to be diminishing.

I last took the remedy on Tuesday 28th June, almost a week ago. I'm finding that as the morning is going on, I am feeling more and more exhausted and my heart is beating a bit faster as though I have had caffeine, although I haven't had any coffee or tea. I suspect it might have to do with the nose problems. I've had around 8 or 9 hours sleep though and over the weekend I felt the same thing.

The symptom of exhaustion is new, I believe. I haven't experienced this before on this remedy.
The symptom of photo-sensitivity is still there and the mild headache is also still there - the migraine in a diminished state. So I think that this is the symptom that is different. Also, the pain that was behind the eyes with the migraine is now like a heaviness of the eyes. I think that I'm becoming more and more tired throughout the day which is something that I noticed in the list of symptoms that apply to this remedy.
As far as I can tell with the wrist, it started to rise before taking the second dose of the remedy, then after taking the second dose it stopped rising but stayed in that slightly raised state. The cyst is not soft like jelly as it used to be when it started to rise (months ago). It feels quite hard and if I press on it, it feels a bit painful (like a dull pain).
I agree, this remedy appears to have been working quite well so far so it would be good to continue with this. Should we wait to see what happens with the symptoms before taking another dose?

Hi David,
A new symptom since yesterday is a very dry mouth and throat, and am extremely thirsty as a result. I had at least 6 litres of water yesterday and have already had 1 litre this morning.

I'm unsure. I have already been sick once this winter and that's the only kind of sickness that I get once a year; the annual head cold. But it does actually feel like my throat is abnormally scratchy and the glands feel like they are rising. Am I allowed to take a remedy to get rid of it or is it not a good idea? The pharmacy down the road from me sells every remedy under the sun and they have a head cold mixture at a 6x potency.

The mouth is dry and the throat is especially dry, as though it is very scratchy, especially in the section of the throat directly behind the nasal passage. I'm starting to get a pain in the crown of my head. My eyes feel very tired, as though someone were pressing on them. My glands feel slightly swollen. My hearing is very muffled as though I were on a plane (but that hardness of hearing has been going on for quite some time ever since the problem with my nose came about). I am urinating every 15 minutes. I also still have photosensitivity.
What makes it worse? Drinking more water makes it worse.
What makes it better? Drinking water provides temporary relief, but the more I drink, the more I feel like I need to drink because it feels like it's not doing that much.
When does it happen? All day and all night.

Make it up as you did the Am-c and take it the same way. But for an acute and for using a 30c, you can repeat it every 6 hours, for 3 doses. Then let me know what has happened.

Hey David. I started to feel fine yesterday afternoon after taking the Bryonia, but I suddenly had a fever without feeling a chill. I went to the doctors last night and he saw a white spot in the back of my throat. It feels a lot scratchier and swollen. Ive been gargling with salt water and also with listerine but I dont know if its helping. I'm blowing up a yellowish discharge when I blow my nose. I feel really exhausted but out of nowhere I woke up at 3am this morning after having boring dreams about the number 8 and being scared of falling off of a triangular cliff. Can't get back to sleep...well, don't want to go back to boring dreams, really.

You can repeat the Bryonia again, but increase the number of hits to 4.

Hi David, I kept taking Bryonia as prescribed but the head cold has persisted. I think it might take a few more days for it to subside. I will let you know when I am better so that I can continue treatment.

My condition has cleared up and I am feeling a lot better. When I wake up, I still feel tired even after a long sleep. The cyst still looks suppressed but the wrist is not in any pain. The wrist still clicks though. I'm having a lot of dreams about violence against women. i.e. I am hitting them and beating them, very strange! Also dreams about killing people. I also still have a very stuffy nose but the headaches have subsided.
