regrowth

I have received such excellent advice here. Recently, and with the help of brillliant Dr. Kadwa my post partum hair loss has diminished significantly. I am wondering if there is anything I can take or do to expedite hair regrowth. I have bald patches at the temples and one side of my sideburn. I am currently breastfeeding. I also have a mild case of scalp psriosis that comes and goes.
I crave sweets and love chocolate, but I am thin. I grind my teeth at night.
