allergy !!!!! need your help Passkey/Sabra

I have this nasty allergy that bothers me every now and
then. Symptoms include dry nose, congestion, sore throat, irritation
in the eyes etc.
it aggravates during this season (summer), but I have noticed it
during the times when seasons change.
I have been rubbing my eyes every 15 - 20 minutes today and its a
nuisance...you know...pain in the... eyes!!!
