12-15 years of Headache
I am suffering from headache from last 12-15 years. please help me to cure permanently.1) Patient ID: Manirul
2) Sex: M
3) Age: 33
4) Nature of work: working 6 hours in front of computer for last 2 years.
5) Main suffering:
Headache: The pain begins in the back of the head and upper neck (right side), start with mild (bearable) and move to unbearable condition and spread to whole head. Nature is Pulsating, Any activity aggravates severely, feel vomiting, Worse by noise and light.
6)No watery eye, No nasal congestion, No stomach upset, No abdominal pain, no eye site problem
7) No other health problem, quite healthy life style.
8)Non alcoholic, non smoker, no other form of tobacco.
9) Non vegetarian
10) During headache could not concentrate in work, not comfortable in standing position, feeling better in sleeping position. Prefer not to talk to other during this period.
11)some time it start at morning after even good sleep, some time it start at evening. more frequent in evening time.
12)every 30-45 days interval it occur but periodicity is not fixed.
13) headache is stopped only when i took paracetamol
14) I took paracetamol at last stage (when i no more bear it)
Dr. Please address my issue, if you require any other specific information please mentioned.

Please take Nux Vomica 200 at a gap of every 2 hours whenever you have a headache now and report back your response. Please don't take more than 3 doses.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Dear Sir,
Yesterday when I wake up I feel headache as I described above but it was very minute in intensity. My passing of stool was not normal as it used to be. As time pass the headache intensify and it was severe then I took first dose of Nux Vom-200 at 1.20 PM, after taking first dose the headache is intensify more and I feel drowsiness, could not able to seat at office. After 30 min of first dose headache is coming down slowly but drowsiness was still there. 40% of severity come down but not gone completely. After 2 hours again I took second dose this time no further reduction has happened but feeling somewhat good. I have not taken the third dose. After another 4 hours I took ½ paracetamole tablet to get relief.
Please advice what to do next.

Last week I had similar headache and I took Bryonia 200 as you suggested but no effect at all. I think previous remedy was some effect. Please advice.
