I shall copy some information on MS from Medline:
'Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a nervous system disease that affects your brain and spinal cord. It damages the myelin sheath, the material that surrounds and protects your nerve cells. This damage slows down or blocks messages between your brain and your body, leading to the symptoms of MS. They can include
Visual disturbances
Muscle weakness
Trouble with coordination and balance
Sensations such as numbness, prickling, or 'pins and needles'
Thinking and memory problems
No one knows what causes MS. It may be an autoimmune disease, which happens when your body attacks itself. Multiple sclerosis affects women more than men. It often begins between the ages of 20 and 40. Usually, the disease is mild, but some people lose the ability to write, speak or walk. There is no cure for MS, but medicines may slow it down and help control symptoms. Physical and occupational therapy may also help.
NIH: National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke'
There is however a faint possibility that the remedies listed below may help you.
The remedies are as follows:
Tarentula Hispanica 6c
Gelsemium 200c
Arnica 1M
All remedies to be taken in the Wet dose twice daily leaving about half hour between each. The dose is a teaspoonful or for convenience you can use the cap of the bottle of spring water.
The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:
Order the remedy in the Liquid pack in Alcohol, also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard at least 6 times before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this enhances the effect of the remedy on the user.
It is understood that you will stop all other drugs you are using today.
You will have to be patient and report your progress often to enable me to monitor if my therapy aka 'Joepathy' can help you.

May God Bless you too.
We can only hope and pray that the therapy I have prescribed to Ashu can help him as it comprises a combination of 3 remedies I have used for other similar ailments which have worked.
I have not treated a case of MS so far and if this combined therapy does help him it will indeed be a World Record for Joepathy and for MS.
