I am feeling better . The feeling of generalised tension have not recurred. The anxiety attack consisting of substernal discomfort ,restlessness and uneasiness comes for around 10 mins each day around 3PM .

Dear respected Doc,
Please take Sulphur 200C, 4 drops nicely mixed in 1/4 glass of mineral water, One dose daily 45 minutes before lunch around 1:00PM, for 3 days.

I am OK. Tension is much less and tolerable around 20% remaining. Now sleep has become a problem for me as i feel excitement my mind is full of thoughts when I go to sleep .

Please take Nux Vomica 200C, before going to sleep tonight, at least 45 minutes after dinner, 4 drops in 1/4 glass of mineral water, stir nicely with a spoon, for 3 nights.
Please report progress in a couple of days.

My problem suddenly had become very acute . I couldnt sleep for 4-5days , was feeling tense and restless and had to consult a psychiatrist . He has put me on some medicines and things are slowly returning to normal. I have to take allopathy medicines for quite some time now .
Sir I cant express my gratitude for what you have done and pray to almighty for your overall prosperity.

Please take following Bach Flower Remedies
1. Red Chest Nut
2. White Chest Nut
3. Aspen
4. Mimulus
5. Larch
Take 4 drops of each medicine. Mix in 1/4 cup of water and sip it slowly
Do it three times a day.
2. Please practice Dhyan-Darana for 20 to 30 minutes
3. Please practice 'Dirgha Shwasan' for 15 minutes
This will solve your problem.

So, did you go out of station for 3 days?
What happens when you try to sleep? Is your mind up at that time? Please give details that will help to give you a correct remedy.
Or you go to sleep, but, get up over and over?
Also, I need details of your breathing problem? Is it asthma type breathing issue or something else???
