Urine Incontinence Problem

About the Problem:
I am having urine dribbling from so many years. Now I also feel overwhelming urge for urinating frequently which cannot be halted. And it is repeated after every hour. Like every time I go to the toilet I pass urine. Even after urinated a while earlier I feel like urinating again though the quantity is small in the second attempt. This happens regularly and frequently in the morning and at night, though I didn't wake up at night.
I've been masturbating from the age of 14 years.
I did not suffer from any major diseases in the past.
I am really anxious about this, as this problem is affecting my social life and my routine.
I am awaiting for a suitable remedy for my symptoms.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take three doses of Nux Vomica 200 as follows and report back after 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).
day 1 morning
1st dose
day 1 evening
2nd dose
day 2 morning
3rd dose
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

I've taken the doses of Nux Vomica 200 as advised.
It's been a day so far, and I am not feeling any improvements (you can say improvements are 5%). The excessive urination is as it is. Difficult to hold/control the urine plus have sort of burning sensation in the lower abdomen as well (which usually happens when I've pressure on my bladder and relieves when I urinate).
I also want to add that its been chronic (since i am suffering from this for 3-4 years, on and off it becomes worst and get a little better at times). Also after doing sex, there is excessive urination and this feeling becomes worst.
Maybe I am a bit too anxious as the medicine will take its time.
Please advise.

Feeling better now...its the 4th day...you can say almost 25% better...
The itching & burning sensation in the bladder is a bit better...and i urinated less times as compare to earlier...but still the problem is not completely vanished and dribbling is still there...and control to hold urine is somewhat less...
Should I continue with Nux Vomica? If yes, after what period I have to take it and in what dosage?
Please advise.

Nux Vomica 200 should be repeated if there is a significant relapse in symptoms and NOT OTHERWISE.
There is no need to start Sepia if Nux is working.
The restrictions should be observed atleast on the day of taking remedy and preferably over the whole treatment period.

should i repeat it now? After how much interval should i take Nux Vomica again?
I took the medicine in the form of pills, with a sip of water. I read somewhere that pills should be taken under the tongue without any water and let them dissolve.

I have taken another dose of Nux Vomica 200 on 28th June, 2011.
Feeling a little better but there isn't any huge improvement. Sometime I feel like before (urge to urinate continuously) and sometimes it becomes worst after doing sex. Usually the night I've done sex, next morning I've the problem of excessive urination.
Should i take Sepia 200?

- Frequency of Urination better (50%)
- Dribbling still there
But I still feel Nux Vomica was a bit more better in terms of relaxing my mind.
