doctor, how many pillules should I dissole? Also I use 5 drops of alcohol and 20 of water, is that Ok, or should I use smaller proportions?

Fill the bottle with 20% alcohol, and 80% water. Dissolve no more than 2 pillules into it. The bottle must be almost full.

doctor, here is an update, I gave my son 3 doses of medication as you indicted, and I am really impressed. He went to sleep, and the discharge from his nose turned from watery that it was during the day to very thick and rubberish, like jelly or rubber, which is great, as it liquid was causing his cough. It is 11 35 pm and he went to bed at 10, since then not 1 single cough. I will update in the morning, because morning is when he has worst cough attacks, but so far I am more than happy! The doctor gave me antibiotic, but I was not willing to use it, I am very hopeful that we can do fine with homeopathic remedy. Thank you. Oh, and I could give him 3 doses instead of 4 only because it was time for him to go to bed, and he got his 3rd dose right before he fell asleep, I did not have enough time for 4th dose. Thank you million times!

Remember that the number of doses doesn't matter, only that he is better. If he is better on 3 doses that is enough. Just see how he is in the morning. If he wakes during the night with the cough again, you can repeat it.

Doctor, I am updating you about this case. During the night my son did not cough, in the morning he coughed, but it was more loose cough and not such a bad attack, he was coughing during day from time to time. Now when he was falling asleep I heard the blockage in his nose when he was breathing in and out. The mucous is still thick there. Is there anything else I can do for my son?

Just watch and wait for the moment. The remedies have started a process of healing, it is important not to jump in and give more remedies or doses to upset it unless it is clear it has stopped or is going backwards.

today my son coughed even less in the morning, I definitely see improvement. Thank you so much!! Your knowledge, experience and willingness to help us is greatly appreciated. Without your guidance I would be forced to use antibiotics with my son, and now I am looking at this sealed bottle with antibiotic in the paper bag that we did not use, because homeopathic remedy helped us greatly. Thank you!!!!

He has had this sort of thing before hasn't he? If so, Drosera may be his chronic remedy, so will help his tendency to get sick too.
It does tend to confirm the Tubercular miasm in your children, which I believe Causticum also covers (for your other son).

Doctor, I was giving him the remedy, but it looks like it stopped working. I decided to wait and see what happens, my son still has cough, no discharge from nose, cough mainly in the morning, cough sounds wet. I have not given him antibiotics. I have bought Boiron chestal cough syrup for kids, but I did not want to give it until I got your advice about the matter. What do you think, should I give him this syrup?

No he needs a higher potency of Drosera - get 200c. Until you get it you can repeat the 30c - give him another 3 doses, 6 hours apart. Stop if he becomes very noticeably better, or the symptoms worsen.

Doctor, it was working better on my oldest son, who had croupy cough, I gave him remedy and he stopped coughing and slept through the night. It is not as effective for my little one, who has croupy cough, but can sleep through the night nd coughs not so often, but when he does, his cough sounds bad, really croupy.

No, it was on oldest one. I know that there might be confusion because the last 2 weeks the sequence of events was- the little one was coughing bad, then he started getting better then the oldest one started coughing really bad and could not recover, he had croupy cough, I waited for couple days and gave him Drosera, because his cough was very bad mainly in sleep at night and daytime during nap, he could not sleep. Right away it helped, so it was helping, but in a couple hours the cough would be back. The oldest one is recovering and the little one started coughing like the oldest one, also croupy cough. I gave him drosera too, but did not work wonders as for the oldest kid. He still is coughing croupy, but better already. The problem is that they get sick not even fully recovered from the previous illness, and I do not understand why. I am feeding them organic food, there is plenty of sun here, eery week at least once a week they go to open swimming pool to get sun and water benefits, they eat a lot of fruit.

Ah that has completely confused me. I am not sure now whose symptoms I prescribed on. I cannot see anywhere in this post where you have said you are talking about your 4 year old. It appears to me you are talking about your 2 year old all the way through.

I am sorry for the confusion, Doctor, I should keep the posts separated by topic. My little one is coughing, but cough is wet now and it is very loud. Doctor, do you think it is possible to find his constitutional remedy for him, that will help him not get sick so often? I am really worried that he gets sick all the time.
