Knee Replacement Surgery
A lady, around 50 years of age, developed a serious pain in her left knee about 2 years ago. The lady is married but has no children. She is severely over-weight. She has High Blood Pressure, for which she is taking allopathic medicine. She also has mild BS for which she takes Glucofitch. She has been advised by her family physician, that she is losing the fluid in her knee and she will have to go through a knee-replacement surgery. From my limited experience of having seen similar patients, I am very skeptical of knee-replacement surgery.I request the members of this forum to kindly advise.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Knee replacement surgery is considered as the last resort in helping a patient who has suffered from Osteo Arthritis for many years.
I believe that it is best to first start with non invasive therapy and you can suggest that your friend starts with reduction of her weight which can hopefully help solve her problem.
Nat Phos 6x is the remedy of choice and the dose is 2 tablets taken thrice daily immediately after a meal. She can expect a reduction of 1kg per week which she will record and you will report here on this thread.
I note that she takes medication for her Diabetes and this drug will prevent the Nat Phos from working. She must stop it and replace if with Arnica 6c in the Wet dose which is taken twice daily. She should check her BS level which will usually dip by about 20% within 12 hours.
I note that she also suffers from Hypertension and I would prefer not to prescribe any remedy for this condition if her BP is not at dangerous levels. In any case she cannot take other remedies as Nat Phos 6x will not help to reduce weight with other drugs interfering with it action.
Please note that my therapy is not strictly Homeopathic although I have prescribed standard homeopathic remedies. My therapy has been entitled 'Joepathy' by classical homeopaths as it is more original in its concept and seems to work even better than the therapy prescribed by classically trained homeopaths.
The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:
Order the remedy in the Liquid pack in Alcohol, also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard at least 6 times before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this enhances the effect of the remedy on the user.

Dear Joe De Livera,
Thank you for your prompt reply. It is helpful, but I'm not sure I will be able to convince her to completely stop taking her regular Blood Pressure and Diabetes medicines. I'm sure you have come across patients who are skeptical about relying on just Homeopathic medicines in the first step. It takes a little while before the individual develops confidence. Unfortunately, she does not reside in the same country as myself otherwise I may have persuaded her. Additionally, she is also not computer friendly, and has no direct access to this forum. So, we are stuck with a number of minor obstacles and hindrances. But we shall be able to overcome these.
Request advise, if she can take the two medicines together for sometime, before switching over to the 'Jeopathic' medicine?

All I can do for you is to suggest a course of therapy and it up to you and the patient to use it or otherwise.
She can certainly use this therapy while continuing with the drugs but her problem will be how to attribute any reduction of her BS and BP levels to the Homeopathic remedies while she is taking both.
