Vaginal yeast infection pleez help

Hi! I have a recurring vaginal yeast infection since two months.I have just moved to Singapore from sanjose California.
I have done a few courses of antibiotics which has triggered it and it's really bad and I can't get over it. The vaginal lips are itchy all day at the rate of 5 times a day and if the thrush is bad it will be very irritating at night but if it's not at the peak then it usually is very uncomfortable at night . I have a thick odorless milky white discharge from the infection.the infection becomes really bad during the time of periods or some times really bad after the periods.there is no specific position that helps it feel better or worse.the lips of my vagina are red and swollen sometimes if I itch too much because of irritation.I don't have any illness .I have never had thrush in my 30 yrs of life but suddenly I can't get rid of it.I have tried anti fungal medicines from the doctor but they only give temporary relief , I have tried yogurt, garlic and gentian violet but they have not helped..I am in desperate need to get rid of it for once and all.I also would like to get some remedy to help my immune system get strong as I catch local viruses and germs easily.please also suggest a list of things I can avoid if any to help my situation ,thanks so much

Female
Married with 2kids
30 yrs old
5.9is my height,
Live in Singapore just moved from california,it's very humid and warm here as compare to California.it's been almost 5months since I have moved out here.
Dealing with yeast infection due to prolong use of antibiotics for strep throat, micro plasma infection.yeast infection comes and goes ,been there for almost 3 months now.I also have a complaint about being very temperamental, moody, depress, anxious right before my cycle. It really effects my day to day routine with my family,I yell at my kids and get in an argument with my husband during this time,I don't recognize myself as a different person since I am going through tat emotional phase right before my period every month.General tiredness all the time, less patience and tolerance for everyone and everything.
I am suffering from yeast infection since last 2 to 3 months but my premenstrual syndrome has been there for a few years now.
I am not diabetic,I love sweets and very rarely crave salty foods.I don't get very thirsty, tongue tastes normal.
My yeast infection flares up during the monthly cycle, there is lots of irritation in the folds of vagina if scratched ,the skin breaks and becomes red, very irritating, a few times it got so bad that I start having an odorless, thick milky discharge.the wall where its coming from feels irritated too.ALot of times I can't wear an under garment due to irritated skin.
During the premenstrual syndrome, the symptoms r of depression, loneliness, very short tempered, bloating ,lower back pain, lower abdominal pain, tiredness, lack of energy.my cycle begins with 2 heavy days becoming lighter and ending by the 7 th day.
Moving to Singapore was a big step in my life and dealing with 2young children in a new setting is not easy but I feel like I did ok with settling down .I am generally a calm person, does not like to yell at my kids and keep it together most of the time.During my PMS I really feel like I am alone and that there is no one to talk to leading to a depression phase .PMS usually starts a week before my due date.
I have never shown any gesture with my hand,I have not taken any medicine for PMS but I have taken a few that the doctors prescribed for the yeast infection, the topical cream does not work permanently, just relieves short term.I have used garlic, gentian violet and yogurt as herbal remedies but didn't help my situation.
I am majors in psychology, currently a housewife and loves fruits.ever since I have moved to Singapore I have been eating lots of fruits..which increases my intake of sugars,I am not a picky eater..I eat anything and everything.I will be fasting in the month of Ramadan.
I am generally a calm person, love entertaining people, having friends, love spending time with my husband and kids,I am home schooling my 3yrs old child.I love seeing children learning new things and thriving in this advanced world.I have no complaint about any one in my family or his family.I am different from other people as I am not too worried about fashion,makeup,clothes,shoes...these things don't attract me very much ...I like to only shop for things I really need.
My period will start around the 10th of august approximately,my cycle is regular falling between 26 to 29 days.I am not pregnant..lemme know if u need any additional information..your time and help is greatly appreciated.thanks again.
