nasal congestion

My 7 month old had a low grade fever and runny nose. Now she is so congested that she is having trouble sleeping. She seems worse at night-- very restless.
During the day, her nose runs, so she can breathe better. She has a wonderful disposition and is only slightly fussy except at night when she seems miserable every time I lay her down.
