Nasal congestion since last weekHello,
I am 22 year old male.Last week I suffered from a cold attack. There was congestion in nose head sinus.I took a Cold'n'Flu tab and steam which brought some relief.
Today I have again started to feel sick.My nose is blocked one sided. Also have Post Nasal Drip.It becomes worst when I sit in one place in a cold (AC) room.I work at an IT company the building is centrally AC.
When I go out of the building I feel better. It gets worst when I am sitting idle doing my work. There is watery discharge with sensation of blockage of one nostril.
Also at night when I am sleeping and I am not fully covered with blanket I feel like sneezing and also have a post nasal dripping. When I take my blanket and it is warm I feel better.
Thirst is not high.
Can anyone help?

Please get hold of following medicine in liquid dilution:
1) Ars. Alb 30c.
Take three doses of Ars. Alb in a day. Early morning empty stomach, second dose in afternoon and third dose before going to bed. Continue for two days.
One dose means.
The medicine is in liquid dilution form. Add 3 drops of medicine in some half cup (Approx. 3 sip) water and stir with spoon. Sip up the content.
Make sure you keep all medicines away from direct sunlight, strong smell, strong heat zone (keep it in a dark cool place away from allopathic medicines). Also make sure the dropper is fitted with the bottle, else use separate dropper for different medicine for making doses, this will avoid unnecessary contamination.
Please follow homeopathy restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, and no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 45 minutes before or after taking medicine and brushing of teeth one hour before or one hour after taking the medicine. These restrictions need to be followed each time you take homeopathy medicines during the treatment.
Avoid taking cold food items keep me updated.
