Yeast infection

Hi Drs!
I would really appreciate if someone can help me with my yeast infection that's coming over and over again,I wrote back earlier but I have not gotten a reply...I am a 30 yrs old woman with 2 young children and have just moved to Singapore from California.I have never had yeast infection prior to being in Singapore.I really need help to get rid of it as it's really hurting me physically as well as emotionally,my symptoms are that I have a thick odorless milky discharge while the infection flares up and the rest of the time, the folds of the vagina get very irritated as well as itchy..due to itching it ,sometimes it breaks the skin and makes it worse.it gets worse around ny cycle..which makes it harder to deal with...I do suffer from premenstrual syndrome as I get very depress and moody , shout at my kids...does not get along with my husband, any argument we have is always around that time of month.I feel very tired and feels very down but I feel I have no control over my feelings and not just that I don't recognize my self as a different person than I normally is ..please advise some remedy for that as well,I appreciate yur help , thanks so much
