Keeping a check on your BP is a good practice.

Healthy blood pressure range is 90-119 for Systolic and 60-79 for Dystolic.

Anything over 120/80 is considered HIGH blood pressure.

LOW blood pressure is anything below 90/60.

Nice to study your recent threads whrere time lines on treatment was met with perfection. This is what the patients seeks for. Your treatment is more patient problem orientic which helps the patient to over come the allopathic syche which he holds before comming to this forum. Yes, you are very much true in saying if treatment doesnt meet the timelines it serve no purpose. Good work in this direction.

Read your thread regarding floride in water . Let me se if can get some information on this. Same will be shared with you. There was responce from sabra , some thing related to moving hand did that worked. What branch of treatment is this, please share with us your life time experince on this (if any). I know a person who treats snake bite by enchanting holy words (some sought of prayers) and the person gets healed from snake venom, it is very much seen in tribal areas.

If boy have sex with a girl before marriage, scientificaly it is not a SIN. But when seen from culture view it is a very big SIN. I agree with what Nawaz Ge said. I dont think there is anything to do with the past generation or present generation, it all depends on the family. If the Family is spiritual and educated we wont come across this scenario but with higly scientific group with no culture background it is ok for them. Spirituality and Science wont go hand in hand.
One side it is TRUST&FAITH and other side it requires EVIDENCE.
Todays generation (not everybody) wants every thing very fast and quick. They want to explore every thing. In this exploroation , they mastrubate, they smoke, they drink, they abuse, they commit unnatural acts, they go for GAY bounding etc etc.

Some time it feels very bad to see all this happening around you, but every society has this dark side we just canot change there mind set.

Any thing in excess is not good. Let it be eating, exercising, crying, laughing, swimming, sex, talking, etc etc. Now the choice is with the wise brain to think which way he wants to go.

Lust is illusion full of sin and spirituality is way of living in respectful manner close to almighty GOD.

It has been some time since I have been on this forum. Continuously try to interact with every body. I think keep on working and let your work speak for itself. When we go for treating a patient, firstly the treatment should solve the patient’s problem as quickly as possible. Secondly, one should be fearless. If you think you have faith in your remedy, go all out; don’t try to balance your approach towards patient’s treatment for the critics or a niche audience. We come up with remedy for problems for the masses. Lastly, we need to be more focused on patient’s treatment rather then on some other issues.

One should not create a bubble on this forum where only few has the right to direct the remedies. I hate the idea where few peoples try to make this forum s there personal class room desk. Sorry “little boy is lost” on this forum and I don’t want to play motherly acts any more. It was my endorsement to Joe’s way of treatment which he very much deserves. DrGnandan, is very new on this forum, need to restrict our self from any confrontation in front of him. I don’t know anything more about him. I haven’t seen his work on this forum. So a brief response to DrGnandan is all that is expected from the fellow members (if they feel they have enough time for the post, since it is not a call from the patient, priority can be set for this). Most of the time I try to answer these calls or queries from the patient, to my level best. In a Hope, let our forum fellow members utilize more of there time in patients treatment.

I do try to go thru as many threads as possible, but make sure there is no disturbance from my side. I some time do move in thread to put in 2 liners text to in case patients gets confused by the dosage, some text queries, motivation level is depleting etc. (which I personally think helps to some extent).

To save every members valuable TIME and utilizing it for the patients, I raised the call for “Time to LEAVE this thread.” :-).

I request all members involved in treating patients, 'We need to be x-smart when we approach new thread'. I see few threads which time and again keep on trying to put the treatment in LOOP, if me SMELL this sought of scenario where ppl are enjoying our argument or creating unnecessary loops , then we can say ' Time to LEAVE this thread' , just read this in your mind instead putting it onthe post :-). The polite way of saying 'NO' is 'i will get back to you, i am stuck with some priority.

It was a busy morning, about 8:30, when an elderly gentleman in his 80's arrived to have stitches removed from his thumb. He said he was in a hurry as he had an appointment at 9:00 am. I took his vital signs and had him take a seat, knowing it would be over an hour before someone would to able to see him.
I saw him looking at his watch and decided, since I was not busy with another patient, I would evaluate his wound. On exam, it was well healed, so I talked to one of the doctors, got the needed supplies to remove his sutures and redress his wound. While taking care of his wound, I asked him if he had another doctor's appointment this morning, as he was in such a hurry. The gentleman told me no, that he needed to go to the nursing home to eat breakfast with his wife. I inquired as to her health. He told me that she had been there for a while and that she was a victim of Alzheimer's disease. As we talked, I asked if she would be upset if he was a bit late. He replied that she no longer knew who he was, that she had not recognized him in five years now. I was surprised, and asked him,
'And you still go every morning, even though she doesn’t know who you are?'
He smiled as he patted my hand and said, 'She doesn't know me, but I still know who she is.' I had to hold back tears as he left, I had goose bumps on my arm, and thought,’ That is the kind of love I want in my life.' True love is neither physical, nor romantic. True love is an acceptance of all that is, has been, will be, and will not be.

Many thanks to you :-). Yes ! as i was going thru the threads i came across this message. Since i try keep track of as many threads i can, there is one patient with id Honeykhanna, she had posted few updates since last 5-6 days to the owner(Homeopath) of the thread. But unfortunately i dint see any response for the same. In case of any criticality i request(feel) we can have help the patient till the owner returns back.

It is unfortunate to see that there is no Handover-Takeover concept practised with the fellow members, which can be of great help to patients during the owners absent.

As a responsible members of this forum we will make sure that all threads facing such problem will be attended on prioriy bases, uptil the owner returns back from the vacation.

I dont think there should be any problem to handle such threads, Hope all agree with my VIEW.
