Bad flu recovery
Hello-I am recovering from a severe flu. Symptoms started last Thursday as minor chills and tightness in windpipe and slight cough. By next day I was very ill. Severe chills--not better or worse at any given time. Headache--felt like a band wrapped around my head--much worse from motion and coughing, very sensitive, scalp skin, food aversion--very hungry, in fact painfully hungry, yet the thought of any food but berries or oranges or pineapple made me a little sick, very rapid heartbeat on any exertion. I have so much more to write but do not know if I should add all symptoms and modalities now. Thanks :)

After that if you still have weakness you may take 3 doses of Kali Phos 200 in the same way.
