Heavy Hairfall

Hi, My name is Trupti Dabholkar, age: 28 years, Weight:45Kg. I am suffering from a heavy hairfall problem which started few months back.
I oil and shampoo my hair twice a week and currently I am using Himalaya Anti dandruff shampoo with tea tree oil.
After combing hair I lose a lot more than 100 strands. After washing hair it is worse.

Following are my hair problems:
Dandruff (On and Off)
Brittle hair
Dryness
Rough texture
Lifeless hair

I have tried multiple shampoo and oil products as well as medicines which are as followed:
Medicines:
Calcium powder
Cod lever oil
Becadexmin

Please suggest appropriate medicine and precautions if any. Appreciate your help.
