Phimosis

Dear Sir/Madam,
My 8 years old son has been declared Phimosis (no retraction at all, only a needle wide hole for passing urine) recently for which the surgeons suggested for operation to which I disagree.

History: At the age of 2.5 yrs, he suffered for slight liver enlargement and treated with allopathy, at 3 yrs, had renal calculus of 3 mm, again treated from a allopath who claimed he flushed it out, but after 6 months (3.5 yrs age), two renal calculi appeared in the very kidney with were treated by a homoeopath and got success. Skin very sentitive, since childhood, first red rashed with inflammation very few of which sometimes turn to watery blisters when bitten by flea when moves to hilly areas Generally, he travels to such area after 6 months,and irrespective to seasons, red rashes appear. Neem oil is applied and orally given Nat Mur 6x which don't turn the rashes into blisers. Now in phimosis, still no problems in urinating, but ballooning taking palce on the glans. Also experiences little pain in the root of the phallus or bladder region. By a local homoeopath who says he gave Cantharis 30 for a week to treat phimosis, twice daily(i don't believe about his mentioned potency, but medicine might be the very), the boy complains burning and firy sensation in throat and stomach and is having mild fever. Considering that the medicine has proved itself, it has been stopped immediately since yesterday and today, in am attempt to neutrilise the ill effects of Catharis, I administered him a single dose of Nux Vom 30. Now please guide me how to threat my son who is very sensitive, brainy, thin build, complexion fair, irritable. Fond of sweets,under weight to some extent with unhealthy teeth and bowels generally constipated. Also, at the time of when there were two stones in kidney at the age of 3.5 years, twists were found in small intestine close to the joint of stomach portion.
