Remedies for pcos to help conceive

dear doctor,
i am married and have been trying to conceive. My periods was regular with 28-31 days cycle.i was abt the weight of 55kg and after marriage i became around 60kg. my height is five feet five inches.i was also suffering from some stress and my usual normal periods suddenly started to become irregular. I also get angry and sad very fast. I checked with doctor and found out i have pcos (small multiple folicles in both ovaries) but i do not have thyroid problem. i have strong craving for sweet food. I like mild climate. I am living in dubai now. i consulted with homeo and i am using pulsatilla nigricans and pituarty 200. i usually had painful periods usually at the first day. but with the use of pulsatilla my pain on the first day became ok. and i also had a strong pain on my abdomen a few weeks after periods. but after taking the medicine it is fine now.Now my periods have started to be normal . and i dont feel angry and sad much. i would like to know if my periods are normal , will i be ovulating. I would like to know how effective these medincines are to help me conceive. Also i would like to know is there any way that i can detect my time of ovulation.
