Dear sir,
I have been takin Nat phos *6 3 pills 3 times with Arnica 30c in wet dose once at night ,but could not see the results in my belly fat and weight as well-i hv been taking this medicines from last one month.pl. suggest.

Your report does not coincide with the therapy I have prescribed for Weight Loss which is:
2 tablets Nat Phos 6x taken after each of 3 meals daily.
Arnica 30c in the Wet dose taken twice daily.

but even after 9 months of my delivery, i have a bulky tummy. rest of my body is perfectly ok.
the jeans of waist 32 doesnt fit me from tummy. i have started taking nat phos 6x.
i just want to know that can i take slimming green tea also. will nat phos 6x work if i am taking slimming tea also

I am 30 year old woman, 5 feet 2 inches tall and weigh 70 kg.I walk daily for about 5 kms and do yoga occassionally. I am also planning to run once i get used to it. I also have very less hair from child hood. Kindly advice me on weight and loss hair growth.

I retired from the ABC of which I have been a member since the time it was founded by Simon Broadley in the early days of the 21st Century. I did so as I was encountering a lot of unnecessary criticism from an Australian Homeopath who is thankfully not active on this Forum anymore.

Thank you for digging up this thread which I notice was first posted by me on June 10 2005, 11 years ago. I am happy to see it today as I am now 86 years old and am still as active as I was say 40 years ago when I was first introduced to Homeopathy.
I am convinced today that I owe my long life to God and to Arnica 30c which I have taken nightly in the Wet dose for the last 20 years against the advice of classical homeopaths who warned me that I would face various fatal diseases if I continued to take it in the manner that I was doing. I am delighted to record that it is this same Arnica that has helped me to outlive many of my classical detractors with a quality of life that is the envy of many who are half my age. It is my hope that any member who reads this post will take a cue from me and take a teaspoonful of Arnica 30c in the Wet dose nightly as they will also observe that it will make a monumental difference in their life which will enable them to live it without taking any drugs whatever like me unless on a SOS basis like after surgery when 8 years ago I was in surgery for an Inguinal Hernia.

Nat Phos 30ch is NOT the equivalent of Nat Phos 6x which is a Biochemic Cell Salt.
If you intend using Nat Phos for weight reduction or for GERD aka Gastric problems, you must get the Nat Phos 6x which is always sold in tablet form and is also available from Boiron who manufacture it.
